Trevor Mauch is the CEO of Carrot, a software company that helps

every month by having a Wix website or having a custom WordPress
site. It took about a month and 30 bad business names to come up
with a logo and a name for the company.

lost it three times before they bought it for $600000. The company
is now around 60 employees over the $10 million market, and the
challenge is strengthening the strategic depth in the leadership
team.
